Terms & Conditions
Return and Exchange Policy:
1. All return exchange, and maintenance transactions require the presence of the original invoice.
2. Customer has the right to refund in 7 days from purchase provided that items are not delivered.
3. Customer has the right to exchange purchased items in 14 days from purchase provided that items are not delivered with the exception of special orders.
4. Customer can't return or exchange bed sheets pillow cases, mattresses, accessories and carpets.
5. Exchanged or refunded items don't get additional days to the original invoice date for return of exchange.
6. Invoice should be paid in full in 7 days from purchase date. In case of exceeding this period, the invoice will be cancelled and amount will be converted into store credit.
7. For special orders, customer has to pay at least 50% down payment and has the right to cancel if the order is delayed.
8. Refund amount is paid back up to 7 working days from the request date, as long as items are not delivered/received and the request follows company's terms and conditions.
Delivery and Pickup:
1. The company provides free shipping and handling for all purchases in major cities of the Eastern province, Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah and Asser, i.e. Dhahran, Khobar, Dammam,
Jubail, Hassa, Qatif, Ras Tanoura, Makkah, Taif, Yanbu, Rabigh, Abha and Khamis Mushait (Terms and condition applied).
2. In case of other cities, company arranges shipping and handling for a pre-approved fee.
3. The company arranges shipping and handling for all purchases to Gulf Countries for a pre-approved fee.
4. Customer has the right to collect his/her purchases directly from the store or warehouse under customer's responsibility,
5. The company offers free storage for 60 days from purchased date.
6. The company charges a weekly storage fee which is 0.5% of the invoice value for a maximum period of 6 months. In case of exceeding this period, the invoice is subject to cancellation and the cost of storage will be charged.
Warranty and After Sales Services:
1. Company offer free maintenance (doesn’t include overuse) identified by our specialist, for all purchases as per each manufacture warranty rules.
2. Company offer price guarantee policy for all purchases during the first 14 days of purchase by refunding the difference. Customer has to show all supporting documents. Note: The policy doesn't include direct purchase from supplier or distributor.
3. During promotions, the company offer discounts in the form of credit for invoices that were issued in the last 14 days.
4. In the event of failure of fulfillment, the customer has the right to refund the invoice without additional compensation.
