. تختلف رسوم التوصيل بناءًا على قيمة الطلب، وتكون موّضحة أثناء عملية الدفع عبر الموقع الإلكتروني
نوّفر خدمة التوصيل لجميع مناطق المملكة ودول الخليج. بالنسبة للمناطق الرئيسية في المملكة العربية السعودية فإ التوصيل يكون خلال ١٠ أيام عمل، وللمزيد من المعلومات حول مدة التوصيل للمناطق الأخرى يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر : contactusecom@alrugaibfurniture.com
أما بالنسبة لدول الخليج: الكويت، الإمارات، عمان والبحرين فإن مدة التوصيل تكون خلال ١٥ يوم عمل

نوُّفر خدمة التركيب لجميع الأثاث الذي يتم شرائه من معارضنا ماعدا الإنارات (الثريات، الشموع والإنارات الجدارية، والأبجورات)
:في حال كانت ( القطع/ العناصر ) مفقودة أو تالفة
.على الرغم من الحرص الشديد الذي يتم اتخاذه أثناء التغليف، إلا أن الضرر يحدث أحيانًا أثناء التوصيل
:لمساعدتنا في الإسراع بالمطالبة بالتعويض عن الضرر نطلب منك الحرص على تنفيذ التالية
.توقيع إيصال الاستلام -
.تضمين أي ملاحظات تخص تلف أو ضرر القطع على فاتورة الاستلام الموقعة -
.لاترمي أي جزء يخص التغليف الخارجي أو الداخلي للقطعة -
.طلب تبديل القطع التالفة أو المتضررة عن طريق التواصل معنا خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ التوصيل -
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Charges:
Your delivery charges will depend on the order value. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
We offer delivery to all regions of Saudi Arabia and all of GCC countries. To most of main cities in KSA we deliver within 10 working days, if you need more details about the delivery period to remote areas please contact us.
To GCC countries: Kuwait, UAE, Oman and Bahrain we deliver within 15 working days. (Only prepaid orders will be processed and shipped).

GCC countries: Shipping is free for any order above 500 SAR.

We offer free installation for all furniture purchased from our store except for lighting (chandeliers, wall scone and table lamp).
If items missing or damaged:
Although great care is taken while packing, damage does occur occasionally during transit. To help us claim the damage and speed up the reimbursement process we require that you perform the following steps:
- Please check the item in front of the courier by checking the contents of the package and sign in the delivery receipt stating delivery.
- Sign on the delivery receipt stating delivery.
- If the item has any damage whatsoever, please include the same note on the delivery receipt.
- Do not throw away any of the original inner or outer packaging.
- Request replacement or report damage by contacting us within 7 working days of delivery date, Alrugaib Furniture will not take the responsibility of the damaged/missing item(s) after this period.
