  • This card is valid for one-time use only for its full value, and is not usable for partial use. In other words, the entire amount must be used in one purchase, and there will be no refund for the difference if the entire amount is not used. If the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the e-gift card, the person redeeming the e-gift card must pay the differential value.
  • No replacement or compensation for lost E-Gift Cards may or may not be paid.
  • An e-Gift Card that is mutilated or altered in any way will not be accepted.
  • An e-Gift Card that has been issued cannot be returned or refunded for its purchase.
  • What was purchased through the electronic gift card can be refunded according to the exhibition's refund and exchange policy.

Alrugaib Garage Sale Terms & Conditions:

Al Rugaib Garage is a new online service that provides an even more affordable option for Al Rugaib members, by allowing you to view and purchase gently used products online. The products are purchased in as-is condition, not in pristine condition and packaging.  

- The products offered in Garage may have the following characteristics:
   1. Not Clean.
   2. There are minor damages or scratches.
   3. Comes without factory packaging.
   
- No returns or replacements are allowed for items purchased from the Garage Sale website upon receipt or thereafter.
- The full invoice amount must be paid in advance before receiving the item.
- There is no insurance policy for Garage Sale items.
- There is no maintenance available for any purchased Garage Sale items.
- The products purchased from Garage are not covered by warranty.
- It may be possible to provide pictures of the product's condition upon the customer's request within 24 hours of placing the order.
- The delivery fee for each order is 150 Saudi Riyals.
- The customer can request a cancellation within 24 hours of the order, with a deduction of 15 Riyals as a service fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 7-14 working days.
- If the item is not available in the warehouses after the purchase is completed, the order will be canceled, and the full amount will be refunded to the customer, without any right to claim any monetary or moral compensation from the company.
- The price guarantee offer does not apply to all Garage products.
- The customer is not allowed to use electronic vouchers for purchasing items from the Garage Sale.
- By completing a purchase from Garage, the customer acknowledges their agreement to the terms and conditions specific to this section.

Terms and Conditions for Discount Code EXTRA15:

  • The offer is valid for purchases made online through the website or at any Alrugaib Furniture or Ashley HomeStore showroom.

  • The maximum invoice amount eligible for the discount code is SAR 4,000, with a discount value of up to SAR 600.

    • If the invoice amount exceeds SAR 6,000, the customer will still receive the maximum discount of SAR 600.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel invoices or specific items if they include certain excluded  Locals brands, including: Nice, Haier, Nano, Smile Smile, Dr. Frangyes, In House, Royal Furniture, Weft, Outath, Ayan Horizon, Niyam, Lawha, Ghaim, Al Home,Maiden Home,Oak, Smeg.

Terms and Conditions for loyalty Points expired 

Customer points will start to expire 6 months (180 days) from this date. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 6 months (180 days) or more. 

Customers who use the birthday discount code will not be eligible to receive a voucher for that purchase.

 

Terms and Conditions for Birthday Discount

  • The Birthday Discount provides 100 SAR off on a minimum spend of 500 SAR.
    This discount is automatically applied to eligible customers during their birthday period.
  • The discount will expire 90 days from the date it is issued. After this date, the discount will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed.
  • A follow-up reminder email will be sent 5 days before the discount expires at 10:00 AM to remind customers to use their birthday discount before it expires.
  • Customers who use the birthday discount code will not be eligible to receive a voucher for that purchase.
