Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Valid for one-time use only.
2. The full voucher value must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple orders.
3. If the order value exceeds 5,000 SAR, the customer must pay the remaining balance.
4. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
5. The voucher is non-transferable.
6. The voucher is not valid on third-party brands or excluded products.
7. The voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes.
8. The voucher is valid for 45 days from the date of issuance.
9. The voucher code is redeemable via the mobile app only.

5,000 SAR Winner Voucher — Additional Conditions

1. If the total order value is less than 5,000 SAR, the customer is not entitled to a refund or store credit for the remaining balance.
2. If products purchased using this voucher are returned, the company's standard return and exchange policy applies. The voucher value will not be refunded as cash.
3. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the voucher in the event of misuse or violation of these terms.
4. Use of the voucher constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions stated above.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. The e-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
2. Valid for use at all Al Rugaib Furniture and Ashley Home Store showrooms, and online at alrugaibfurniture.com.
3. The e-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
4. Valid for one-time use only for its full value; partial use is not permitted. If the purchase value exceeds the card value, the customer must pay the difference. No refund will be issued for any unused balance.
5. Lost, stolen, or destroyed e-Gift Cards will not be replaced or compensated.
6. Altered or mutilated e-Gift Cards will not be accepted.
7. Issued e-Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
8. Products purchased with an e-Gift Card may be refunded in accordance with the store's standard return and exchange policy.
9. Expired e-Gift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged, or refunded.
10. Al Rugaib Furniture / Ashley Home Store reserves the right to refuse a Gift Card that has already been used.
11. Al Rugaib Furniture / Ashley Home Store and YouGotaGift Inc. are not liable for any e-Gift Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without the customer's permission.

• Maximum eligible invoice amount: 4,000 SAR, with a maximum discount of 600 SAR.
• If the invoice exceeds 6,000 SAR, the maximum discount remains capped at 600 SAR.

Ashley 300 SAR Offer

• All returning Al Rugaib customers receive 300 SAR off their second purchase, with a minimum spend of 3,000 SAR.

Birthday Discount

• Provides 100 SAR off on a minimum spend of 500 SAR.
• Automatically applied to eligible customers during their birthday period.
• Valid for 90 days from the date of issuance; after this date it cannot be redeemed.
• A reminder email will be sent 5 days before expiry at 10:00 AM.

Loyalty Program – Al Rugaib Rewards

Membership

• Membership is automatic upon creating and registering an account on alrugaibfurniture.com.
• An active account is required to access program benefits.
• The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program or any of its benefits at any time without prior notice.

Earning Points

Redeeming Points

• Every 100 points = 1 SAR. Upon redemption, a discount coupon is automatically generated in the customer's account. The customer is responsible for using the coupon before it expires.

How to Access Redemption Coupons

1. Log in to your account
2. Select "View Ways to Redeem"
3. Go to "Your Rewards"
4. Choose the generated coupon
5. Copy the code and apply it at checkout

Points Validity

• Points are valid for 180 days from the date they are earned.
• Reminder notifications are sent 30 days and 3 days before expiry.
• Unused points expire automatically and cannot be recovered.

Program Restrictions

• Points are earned on online purchases only; in-store purchases do not qualify unless announced otherwise.
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash.
• Points and rewards may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.

Amendments & Acceptance

Weekly Raffle Draw

The raffle is organized by Al Rugaib Furniture Company. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Draws are held on a weekly basis.

Eligibility

• Participants must be residing in Saudi Arabia — Saudi nationals or legal residents.
• Open to the public with no purchase required, in accordance with Saudi commercial regulations.

• Prizes are delivered within 30 days of the winner announcement date. The organizer reserves the right to delay delivery in cases of force majeure.

Disqualification & Cancellation

• The company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition for any reason, including fraud or unforeseen circumstances.
• If manipulation or non-compliance is discovered, the prize will be withdrawn and an alternative winner selected.
