Manufacturing Warranty covers only factory defects.
Our Protection Plan Service extends coverage to include accidental damages, such as pet scratches on sofas, kids' colors on dining tables, nail polish stains on tables, and more.
If repair is not possible, your furniture will be replaced at no additional cost.
الضمان المصنعي يغطي العيوب المصنعية فقط.
بينما خدمة الحماية الشاملة تمنحك تغطية للأضرار العرضية، مثل خدوش الحيوانات الأليفة على الكنب، أو ألوان الأطفال وألوان الأظافر على الطاولات، وغيرها.

The service starts from the date of receipt. | تبدأ الخدمة من تاريخ الاستلام.

In the event that a matching replacement is not available, the customer will be notified, and the amount will be calculated as a purchase credit. | في حال عدم توفر بديل مطابق، سيتم إخطار العميل، و يتم احتساب المبلغ كرصيد مشتريات.

The service can't be canceled after receipt. | لا يمكن إلغاء الخدمة بعد الاستلام.

The Protection Plan Service does not include any Outlet or Liquidation or Auction products. | لا تشمل منتجات الاوتلت او المزاد أو منتجات التصفية.

Vouchers cannot be used to purchase the Protection Plan Service. | لا يتم استخدام القسيمة لشراء خدمة الحماية الشاملة.

If the Protection Plan Service is not used within 24 months, paid fees will be added to the customer's wallet as purchase credit (valid for one year from refund date). | في حال عدم استخدام الحماية الشاملة من قبل العميل خلال 24 شهر، يتم إضافة الرسوم المدفوعة في محفظة العميل كرصيد مشتريات (صالح لمدة سنة من تاريخ الاسترداد).
