This gas range has a dual large size oven base with porcelain interiors that each come supplied with one nickel plated oven rack that can be set on any of the 3 rack position guides. The oven is controlled with a snap action modulating thermostatic dial with a LOW-500℉ temperature range. The 6 starfire pro open burners are controlled with large easy to use control knobs. These burners sit in a 2 deep 3 wide configuration above 12" section stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms, behind a 5" stainless steel plate rail, in front of a 21" stainless steel back guard with removable shelf. Next to those burners, there is a 24" wide raised griddle top 8-1/4" above the burners and broiler oven directly underneath with 3 cast iron burners each controlled independently with a manual hi-lo gas valve. The on-board broiler features 2 different rack settings at 3-3/4" and 2-1/2". This model also features split cast iron ergonomic grates to hold your cooking vessels in the flames of the burners.
