Why Protection Plan?
The Protection Plan Service extends the manufacturing warranty to include accidental damages such as kids coloring on a dining table, pet scratches on the sofa, nail polish on the table surface — and if repair is not possible, the furniture will be replaced.

Terms & Conditions
- The service starts from the date of receipt.
- In the event that a matching replacement is not available, the customer will be notified, and the amount will be calculated as a purchase credit.
- The service cannot be canceled after receipt.
- The Protection Plan Service does not include any Outlet, Liquidation, or Auction products.
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase the Protection Plan Service.
- If the Protection Plan Service is not used within 24 months, paid fees will be added to the customer's wallet as purchase credit (valid for one year from refund date).
- Repair/Replacement fees apply as mentioned in Terms & Conditions. Service fees are charged.
- All Prices Include VAT.
