Your delivery charges will depend on the order value and destination. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery & Pickup

• Orders above 1,500 SAR qualify for free shipping.
• Orders below 1,500 SAR are subject to a flat delivery fee of 75 SAR.
• Free shipping and handling is provided for all purchases to major cities in the Eastern Province, Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Aseer, including: Dhahran, Khobar, Dammam, Jubail, Al-Hassa, Qatif, Ras Tanura, Makkah, Taif, Yanbu, Rabigh, Abha, and Khamis Mushait. (Terms and conditions apply.)
• For all other cities within Saudi Arabia, the company arranges shipping and handling for a pre-approved fee.
• Shipping and handling to GCC countries is available for a pre-approved fee.
• Customers may collect their purchases directly from the store or warehouse at their own responsibility.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• The company offers Cash on Delivery for eligible orders under 6,000 SAR.
• Eligible Cities: COD is only available for orders delivered to Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam. Orders to other cities are not eligible for this payment method.
• Order Value Limit: Orders with a total value of 6,000 SAR or more are not eligible for COD and must be paid online at checkout.
• Payment at Delivery: The customer must pay the full order amount by card or cash at the time of delivery.
• COD Fee: A fee of 17 SAR will be added to the total order amount for all Cash on Delivery orders.

Storage Policy

• The company provides 30 days of free storage from the sales order creation date.
• 30-Day Free Storage Period: Storage fees will be calculated after the 30-day free period, which starts from the creation date of the sales order.
• Storage Fee Charge: After the 30-day period, the system will automatically charge a fee of 1% of the net amount for each item at the beginning of each week for the following two months.
• Order Cancellation: If the sales order remains open for 90 days from the creation date, the system will automatically cancel the order. Any accumulated storage fees will be deducted from the received amount and transferred to the company account.

Shipping Charges

We offer delivery to all regions of Saudi Arabia and all GCC countries. Most major cities in KSA are served within 14 working days. For delivery timelines to remote areas, please contact us.

Delivery to GCC countries (Kuwait, UAE, Oman, and Bahrain) is within 21 working days. Only prepaid orders will be processed and shipped.

Missing or Damaged Items

Although great care is taken while packing, damage can occasionally occur during transit. To help us process claims efficiently, please follow these steps upon delivery:

• Inspect the item in the presence of the courier and check all package contents before signing.
• Sign the delivery receipt confirming delivery.
• If any damage is found, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
• Retain all original inner and outer packaging — do not discard it.
• Customers are fully responsible for entering accurate personal information at checkout. Al Rugaib Furniture is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect data entry by the customer.
