Why Protection Plan Service?
Protection Plan Service extends manufacturering warranty to include accidental damages such as kids color on dining table - Pet scratches on the sofa - nail colors on the table, and if repair is not possible the furniture will be replaced.
Service Benefits:
Duration: 24 Months.
Service Type: Service type (repair or replacment) is determined by the service provider.
Service Timeline: 10 Days after receiving the product.
No. of coverage: 2 repair or one time replacment.
Pricing: Pricing is based on product value (15% - 25%)
Service fee: Free repair and replacement in the value of (15%) of the product.
Furniture Value:
Sofa Sets (19 %) - Dining Table Sets (15 %) - Bed Room (20%) - Powerbase (20%) - Outdoor (25%) - Home Office & Chair (20%) - TV Units (20%) - Occasional Table (25%)
Service Value: Free repair ,replacement with a 15% fee of the product value
Terms & Conditions:

Pricing: The protection plan fee is 15% of the paid product amount, and it applies to products priced starting from SAR 249.

If the protection plan is not used within 24 months, the service fee can be issued as store credit for the customer.

Replacement: Product replacement is subject to an additional 15% fee based on the product's paid amount.

The protection plan service starts from the date of product receipt.

If a matching replacement product is not available, the customer will be notified, and the amount will be issued as store credit.

Items discounted more than 50%

Vouchers cannot be used to purchase the Protection Plan service.
