If the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the e-gift card, the person redeeming the e-gift card must pay the differential value.
  • No replacement or compensation for lost E-Gift Cards may or may not be paid.

Alrugaib Garage Sale Terms & Conditions:

Al Rugaib Garage is a new online service that provides an even more affordable option for Al Rugaib members, by allowing you to view and purchase gently used products online. The products are purchased in as-is condition, not in pristine condition and packaging.  

- The products offered in Garage may have the following characteristics:
   1. Not Clean.
   2. There are minor damages or scratches.
   3. Comes without factory packaging.
   
- No returns or replacements are allowed for items purchased from the Garage Sale website upon receipt or thereafter.
- The full invoice amount must be paid in advance before receiving the item.
- There is no insurance policy for Garage Sale items.
- There is no maintenance available for any purchased Garage Sale items.
- The products purchased from Garage are not covered by warranty.
- It may be possible to provide pictures of the product's condition upon the customer's request within 24 hours of placing the order.
- The delivery fee for each order is 150 Saudi Riyals.
- The customer can request a cancellation within 24 hours of the order, with a deduction of 15 Riyals as a service fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 7-14 working days.
- If the item is not available in the warehouses after the purchase is completed, the order will be canceled, and the full amount will be refunded to the customer, without any right to claim any monetary or moral compensation from the company.

  • The maximum invoice amount eligible for the discount code is SAR 4,000, with a discount value of up to SAR 600.

    • If the invoice amount exceeds SAR 6,000, the customer will still receive the maximum discount of SAR 600.

Terms and Conditions for loyalty Points expired 

Customer points will start to expire 6 months (180 days) from this date. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 6 months (180 days) or more. 

Customers who use the birthday discount code will not be eligible to receive a voucher for that purchase.

 

Terms and Conditions for Birthday Discount

  • The Birthday Discount provides 100 SAR off on a minimum spend of 500 SAR.
    This discount is automatically applied to eligible customers during their birthday period.
  • The discount will expire 90 days from the date it is issued. After this date, the discount will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed.
  • A follow-up reminder email will be sent 5 days before the discount expires at 10:00 AM to remind customers to use their birthday discount before it expires.

شروط واحكام برنامج الولاء :

  • برنامج الولاء "Alrugaib Rewards" هو برنامج مكافآت يتيح للعملاء كسب نقاط مقابل المشتريات والأنشطة المؤهلة عبر موقع الرقيب الإلكتروني، واستبدال هذه النقاط بمكافآت أو قسائم خصم وفقاً للشروط والأحكام الواردة أدناه.

العضوية في البرنامج

  • يتم الانضمام إلى برنامج الولاء تلقائياً عند إنشاء حساب والتسجيل في موقع الرقيب الإلكتروني.
  • يشترط وجود حساب فعال للاستفادة من مزايا البرنامج.
  • تحتفظ الشركة بحق تعديل أو إيقاف البرنامج أو أي من مزاياه في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

كسب النقاط

يتم احتساب النقاط على النحو التالي:

  • كل 1 ريال سعودي يتم إنفاقه عبر الموقع الإلكتروني = نقطتان (2).
  • التسجيل في الموقع الإلكتروني = 500 نقطة.
  • كتابة مراجعة لمنتج = 25 نقطة.
  • إضافة تاريخ الميلاد والاحتفال بيوم الميلاد = 200 نقطة.

استبدال النقاط

  • كل 100 نقطة تعادل 1 ريال سعودي.
  • عند تنفيذ عملية الاستبدال يتم إنشاء قسيمة خصم (Coupon) تلقائياً داخل حساب العميل.
  • يتحمل العميل مسؤولية استخدام القسيمة قبل انتهاء صلاحيتها وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها.

الوصول إلى قسائم الاستبدال

يمكن للعميل العثور على قسائم الاستبدال من خلال:

  • تسجيل الدخول إلى الحساب الشخصي.
  • اختيار "View Ways to Redeem".
  • الدخول إلى "Your Rewards".
  • اختيار القسيمة التي تم إنشاؤها.
  • نسخ الكود واستخدامه أثناء إتمام عملية الشراء.

صلاحية النقاط

  • تكون صلاحية النقاط لمدة 180 يوماً من تاريخ اكتسابها.
  • يتم إرسال إشعارات تذكيرية للعميل قبل انتهاء صلاحية النقاط بـ 30 يوماً، ثم قبل انتهائها بـ 3 أيام.
  • تنتهي صلاحية النقاط غير المستخدمة تلقائياً بعد انتهاء المدة المحددة ولا يمكن استعادتها.

قيود البرنامج

  • تُحتسب النقاط على المشتريات المنفذة عبر الموقع الإلكتروني فقط.
  • لا تُحتسب النقاط على المشتريات التي تتم من خلال المعارض أو الفروع ما لم يتم الإعلان عن خلاف ذلك.
  • لا يمكن تحويل النقاط بين الحسابات أو استبدالها نقداً.
  • لا يجوز بيع أو نقل أو التنازل عن النقاط أو المكافآت للغير.

التعديلات والإنهاء

  • تحتفظ شركة الرقيب للأثاث بحق تعديل شروط البرنامج أو مزاياه أو آلية احتساب النقاط واستبدالها في أي وقت.
  • يصبح أي تعديل نافذاً بمجرد نشره على الموقع الإلكتروني أو عبر القنوات الرسمية للشركة.

قبول الشروط

يُعد الاشتراك في برنامج الولاء أو الاستفادة من مزاياه موافقةً كاملة من العميل على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Valid for one-time use only.
  • The full voucher value must be redeemed in a single transaction.
  • If the order value exceeds SAR 5,000, the customer must pay the remaining balance.
  • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • The voucher is non-transferable.

  1. القسيمة صالحة للاستخدام مرة واحدة فقط.
  2. يجب استخدام كامل قيمة القسيمة في عملية شراء واحدة، ولا يمكن تجزئتها على عدة طلبات.
  3. في حال كان إجمالي قيمة الطلب أقل من 5,000 ريال، لا يحق للعميل استرداد المبلغ المتبقي أو تحويله إلى رصيد.

  8. في حال إرجاع المنتجات المشتراة باستخدام القسيمة، يتم تطبيق سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال المعتمدة لدى الشركة، ولا يتم صرف قيمة القسيمة نقداً.
  9. يحق للشركة تعديل أو إلغاء القسيمة في حال إساءة استخدامها أو مخالفة الشروط والأحكام.
  10. القسيمة صالحة لمدة 45 يوم من تاريخ إصدارها.
