Alrugaib Garage Sale Terms & Conditions:

Al Rugaib Garage is a new online service that provides an even more affordable option for Al Rugaib members, by allowing you to view and purchase gently used products online. The products are purchased in as-is condition, not in pristine condition and packaging.  

- The products offered in Garage may have the following characteristics:
   1. Not Clean.
   2. There are minor damages or scratches.
   3. Comes without factory packaging.
   
- No returns or replacements are allowed for items purchased from the Garage Sale website upon receipt or thereafter.
- The full invoice amount must be paid in advance before receiving the item.
- There is no insurance policy for Garage Sale items.
- There is no maintenance available for any purchased Garage Sale items.
- The products purchased from Garage are not covered by warranty.
- It may be possible to provide pictures of the product's condition upon the customer's request within 24 hours of placing the order.
- The delivery fee for each order is 150 Saudi Riyals.
- The customer can request a cancellation within 24 hours of the order, with a deduction of 15 Riyals as a service fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 7-14 working days.
- If the item is not available in the warehouses after the purchase is completed, the order will be canceled, and the full amount will be refunded to the customer, without any right to claim any monetary or moral compensation from the company.
- The price guarantee offer does not apply to all Garage products.
- The customer is not allowed to use electronic vouchers for purchasing items from the Garage Sale.
